After a "Fashion Week" there is usually the "press Junket", But that  is on the premise that  production would be ready when the magazines hit the racks early next  year!  Design houses throw their entire resources  into ensuring that  happens and all is on schedule!

... But What of the indie designer! With limited resources Few actually go into  production after teh usual "fashion Week"

We were shocked to learn that many designers were not or "were Horribly  underperforming" in sales Numbers!  Our  goal as soon as they  got off the runway at  BKStyle! Brooklyn Fashion Week was to ensure they  got  some items into  production! A little over a month  later  we have assurances that  a couple will have stock of Spring/Summer 2011 Items as early as December!

The  next challenge,  one venue to direct  consumers! We Plan to build the direct to  trade component  for next  Februuary's showings! But  it  is easier  due to the production  numbers to sell directly to the consumer!
